Why can’t I post from docs.google.com to Blogger Beta?

Note: This was an early observation of integration challenges between Google’s document creation platform (Google Docs) and their blogging platform (Blogger Beta). At the time, these platforms were still evolving and direct integration between them was not yet seamless.
